An East Coast native, Amber moved to the Bay Area in 2010 and quickly grew to love it as her home. Before entering postpartum care, she spent most of her career as a yoga instructor and manager of fitness businesses, bringing a deep-rooted understanding of body movement, wellness, and supportive community spaces to her work. 

She lives in Sonoma County with her husband, their daughter and beloved lap dog. Outside of her care work, she loves to sing and can often be caught playing shows with her local band around Sonoma County, on her yoga mat, or simply enjoying the outdoors with her family.

Her doula superpower is maintaining a calm, grounded presence amidst chaos or unnerving situations, helping families navigate the postpartum transition with unshakable peace and reassurance.
