We offer comprehensive services that include in-home postpartum support after birth, classes, sacred-tending packages & sleep consultations, all catered to your individual needs, with a lot of love. Our warm, qualified care will take the mystery and struggle out of these early weeks as a new parent, so you can enjoy this precious time with your growing family.

At Birth Realm, we are committed to transforming birth work from a noble calling to a sustainable profession.
The Journal of Midwifery & Women’s Health surveyed 2,475 birth workers and found that 37.8% reported experiencing burnout. Of those who reported burnout, the majority cited emotional exhaustion as the primary reason. Additional factors including irregular hours, exhaustion, financial instability, and lack of recognition lead many excellent practitioners to leave the profession after a few years.

Jackie founded Birth Realm to radically shift how the U.S. approaches postpartum care and how we view and support birth work as a profession. Birth Realm’s unique honeycomb model of care ensures postpartum doulas have the same support structures that they tirelessly provide to families.
